Generally, the rubber extruder can be divided into several temperature control sections according to the length of the screw, and each control section is controlled by a group of mold temperature machines. We set the production temperature of the product according to the rubber type equipment of the product. Generally, the rubber extruder is low-temperature extrusion production. We set the temperature of each temperature control section according to the material of the rubber. Generally, the temperature of the equipment used in the production of EPDM rubber is between 50 and 60 degrees. After the rubber enters the screw barrel through the feeding system, the temperature is raised. After the rubber temperature rises to a certain value, the flow performance will be enhanced. As the screw rotates, the rubber in the equipment is continuously sheared and compressed. The extrusion pressure is formed at the die of the rubber extruder, and the feeding port is extruded to form the product shape we need. In the process of product extrusion production, self-produced temperature will be generated, but if the temperature of the equipment is too high, it will affect the performance of the product, so we control the temperature of the equipment through the temperature control system, that is, when the temperature of the equipment rises, it will automatically The equipment water circulation system delivers cold water to control the temperature of the screw barrel. In this way, the temperature of the rubber extruder can be kept constant when the product is extruded.
