How to control the operating temperature of the rubber extruder:

When the rubber enters the screw tube through the feeding system, it will be heated and plasticized, and then cut, compressed and mixed by the screw. It is extruded into the desired product shape on the die of a rubber extruder. During the continuous operation of the equipment, the continuous interaction between the rubber and the screw causes the continuous pressure extrusion of the equipment to generate an autogenous temperature.

With the operation of the equipment, the temperature will become higher and higher. If the temperature of the rubber in the screw cylinder of the extruder is too high, the rubber will be severely vulcanized, and even scorched in the screw cylinder.

Therefore, when producing rubber products, the temperature of the rubber extruder screw should be controlled within the corresponding constant temperature range. We usually use a mold temperature unit to control the temperature of each part of the equipment. When the temperature reaches our set temperature limit, cold water is automatically supplied to cool the screw of the rubber extruder.

In this way, when the cooling system is working, the temperature of the rubber extruder will drop. When the temperature of the rubber extruder drops to a certain temperature, the temperature control system will automatically stop cooling, and the equipment will continue to run. The temperature of the rubber extruder will be kept within the corresponding temperature range to achieve the production environment we need.
