Spiral Hose Production Line

The spiraling machine developed and manufactured by BAlNA. is widely used in bothdomestic and overseas markets, with its market share having reached over 90% in domestic, which is the choice tobe selected as the equipment for constructing the reinforcement layer of medium-pressure hoses andlow-
pressure hoses. After in-depth analysis and study on the impact of spiraling structure on the product perfor-mance,a system for optimizing the spiraling structure is integrated in the control system of the spiraling machine, which is able to match the optimum spiraling process parameters automatically.
Throughcontrolling in conjunction with the dragger developed by our company, optimum design of the spiraling structurecan be realized. In addition, several practical functions, such as threads lack alarm, threads breaking alarm, andoutput statistics, are integrated in the system. Meanwhile, with combined use of the automatic detection systemfor the reinforcement layer, online and real-time inspection on the spiraling structure and automatic defect alarmcan be realized to ensure the product quality.

• The extruder screw, barrel, steel sleeve, press roll, side roll and other machine body parts have reached the same processing standard of German extruder, and the accuracy level has reached the international level.
• SCREW Japanese material (SACM645): less deformation than domestic material, improve extrusion stability, and double the wear resistance of ordinary screw (38CrMoAL produced by Shanghai Baosteel)
• Phahse Motor(Italy)：The output speed and torque are constant within the rated speed, so the speed of the motor is more stable than that of the original AC asynchronous motor, and the rubber products are more stable and the qualified rate is improved. Because the synchronous servo motor uses the magnetic cylinder as the electric field, this characteristic makes the motor energy-saving 10-20%.
• Feeding chamber and body Q345 low-carbon steel (good plasticity) machining center is used to form the fuselage in one body, punching type, high-pressure plug to block the water channel, with removable water channel cleaner, which has good water circulation effect. There are no welding points in the fuselage, no stress and deformation caused by welding, high processing accuracy, high coaxiality of fuselage assembly, reducing wear of screw steel sleeve, and prolonging service life of the equipment.
• Vacuum area is processed by 38CrMoAl with no welding joint, which can eliminate the stress and deformation caused by welding and improve the assembling: "coaxiality". The fuselage adopts spiral water circulation, the vacuum adopts perforation, and the high pressure plug closes the cycle. Compared with other brands of extruders, the fuselage assembly accuracy and the high temperature control ability are improved.
• Rossi Gearbox，Bearings are SKF brand, integrated casting box. Compared with domestic reducers, the transmission accuracy and efficiency are high, energy consumption is saved, noise is low, and service life is long.
