 1.Heavy-Duty Flagship: 90mm 20D Rubber Extruder (Premium Edition)

The highlight of our exhibit. Built to premium standards, this model integrates core components from top-tier global brands to ensure exceptional stability and extrusion precision:

Operation & Control: Equipped with a SIEMENS control panel for precise, intelligent digital operation.

Power Core: Powered by Italian Physis main and feeding servo motors, ensuring rapid response and high energy efficiency.

Precision & Temperature Control: Features a U.S.-based DYNISCO pressure sensor and a German Technotrans Temperature Control Unit (TCU), strictly regulating every detail of the extrusion process.

Transmission & Lubrication: Driven by an Italian Rossi gearbox, supported by the simalube intelligent lubrication system for long-lasting, reliable performance.

Auxiliary Support: Equipped with a German BECKER vacuum pump to ensure good extrusion molding quality.

With the above top-tier configurations, this machine achieves a qualitative leap in core performance:

Speed & Output: The screw, made of high-strength Japanese alloy steel, works with the SIEMENS VFD system to achieve stepless speed regulation from 0-60 r/min, accommodating various rubber compound processing needs, with a maximum output of 320 kg/h.

Ultra-Stable Pressure Fluctuation: Thanks to the precise feedback from the DYNISCO sensor, extrusion pressure fluctuation is strictly controlled within ≤0.1 MPa during operation, ensuring consistent dimensional stability of the finished products.

High-Precision Temperature Control: The technotrans TCU, combined with automatic solenoid valve regulation, achieves a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C, ensuring stable extrusion at the better plasticizing temperature and significantly improving the final product yield. 

2. Classic & Efficient Model: 75mm 20D Rubber Extruder

As one of BAINA's classic workhorses, the 75mm 20D extruder has long been favored by the market for its good cost-effectiveness, stable performance, and wide adaptability.

3. Complete Production Line Support: Knitting Machine & Puller

In addition to our core extruders, we will also display our matching knitting machine and Puller. This knitting machine offers a broad application range, covering hose diameters from 2 1/8" to 4 3/4" with various interchangeable knitting heads. Equipped with a Profi-Net digital control system, it enables high-precision setting and real-time monitoring of stitch size, speed, and traction ratio, ensuring uniform braiding tension and consistent product quality.

This demonstrates that BAINA is not just a single-machine supplier but is fully capable of providing complete, turnkey extrusion production lines, helping customers achieve one-stop procurement and production.

4. A Tech Miniaturization Display: 3D-Printed Miniature Model of a Single-Extrusion Line

To give clients who cannot attend in person, or those who wish to visualize the production line layout more intuitively, a clearer understanding, we have created a miniature 3D-printed model of a single-extrusion production line. This transforms complex industrial processes into an intuitive scaled-down display, facilitating on-site discussions on production line planning and process layout.
